Get Fresh!

While in New York last week, I heard from a friend of a friend (ok, a Sephora employee), who is tight with the area Korres rep, that they are phasing out my beloved face wash. Uggghhh. Seriously? You may recall me telling you about my daily ritual featuring the Korres fash wash here. To say I was completely deflated after hearing this news is an understatement. When it comes to the products at the core of my daily ritual, I find something I like, and I stick with it. That's not to say I won't venture out and try new things but hey, if it's not broken, don't fix it, right?

I love products that are all natural and paraben free, much like the Korres face wash. After mulling over  a hand full of replacement candidates, I elected the Soy Face Cleanser by Fresh. I was a little reluctant but since I was stuck in the city for a few days (and running out of face wash!),
I figured why not? I tried it and...

I love it! It has the most delightful clean smell, infused with cucumbers that will remind you of a day at the spa. It has the consistency of a gel cleanser and although it doesn't get overly sudsy, it washes off makeup in a snap. I give this cleanser two thumbs up! I have to say, I'm really impressed with this line. You may remember my review of the Sugar Lip Scrub {here}. They use pure ingredients in their products, nothing fake, and Fresh is based right here
in the good 'ole U.S.A...an extra perk in my book!

Although nothing will ever replace my Korres White Tea Cleanser, this one will be a great stand in until Korres can get their act together. If you are looking for a new facial cleanser,
I recommend this one. I don't think you be disappointed!
Already use this product? I'd love to hear your thoughts. Love it? Not so much?

Here's wishing you a fantastic Election Day! Don't forget to get out and vote, if you haven't already. No matter which way you lean, take a stand for what you believe in and VOTE! Every vote counts.

P.S. Thanks to everyone spreading the word on yesterday's post being featured by Lucky Magazine. It was a honor to be published on their Community page!
Cheers!

  2. What a bummer about your fave face wash. I've never tried any Fresh products but I do use the Korres pomegranante primer and I love it! Congrats on the Lucky feature!
