I don't know about you but I just love smoothies. I've never been a fan of a huge breakfast so a smoothie is a great alternative. But they are't just for breakfast. I've even been known to have a smoothie for dinner on the nights when The Husband is working late. So now that I've professed my love for smoothies, I thought I'd tell you a little more about what goes in mine.
I tend to lean more towards the berry themed smoothies more so than the veggie smoothies. I've tried a lot of different protein powders but I must say, this one is my favorite. It's clean, healthy and it tastes good! Using this as the base, I add water, probiotics, frozen fruit and ice for one heavenly smoothie.

Put it all in a blender, add some ice...and there you have a beautiful, delicious smoothie!
