Since cutting wheat and gluten from my diet last September, I must admit, I do miss the desserts from time to time. It's probably a good thing as I have quite the sweet tooth! Last night I had a serious sweet tooth attack and after rummaging through the pantry to no avail, I decided to hit the interwebs in search of gluten free recipes.
