Did You Know?

One of the perks of living in Atlanta is the great shopping. As a matter of fact, I probably take it for granted at times. Actually, there's no "probably" about it. I definitely take it for granted. I can beebop to Lenox or Phipps, Perimeter or any boutique in just a few short minutes...assuming there's no traffic (that's a whole other story and I won't go there right now...)! My point being, I've never ordered anything online from Nordstrom, because I didn't have to. I just pop in and pick up whatever it is I'm in need of. That was my S.O.P. (standard operating procedure), until recently. You see, I have been searching high and low for this nail polish and thanks to the Internet, I found it at Norstrom. Of course none of the Norstrom's in ATL had it and I wanted it bad enough to order online. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Nordstrom is one of the very few retailers that offers free shipping BOTH ways.
That's right, free both ways! No minimum order, no special promotions. Just free.
Now back to that traffic thing. It's no secret that Atlanta has some of the worst traffic in the USA. Don't believe it? Just ask anyone who lives here. Knowing that another one of my favorite retailers offers free shipping both ways might make me rethink fighting traffic to get to the mall on a Saturday. I mean, why not let Nordstrom send it to my doorstep?
Sounds like a plan to me!

So go ahead and shop it up! You have my full support!

I was however, estatic about Nordstrom's FREE SHIPPING and wanted to share it with you!*

  1. I couldn't agree more! I live about 3 miles from Nordstrom here in DC and I find it is always easier (and much less hassle) to order online. Plus, their shipping is always so fast, you only have to wait about two days. I highly recommend buying things from Nordstrom.com anyday!
